Our designs are more costly to build on the front end but we are concerned with the value of our homes on the back end as well. Resale value is Highly important to you and to us.

Warranty

JR Homes offers one of the best warranty packages in new home construction. Along with our numerous walk-throughs prior to closing. We provide the buyers with the opportunity to fill out a 2 month and 10 month punch list of items needing correcting within the 1st year. We then add the 2-10 Warranty on top as the icing on the cake. You will get 2 year warranty on all major systems and a continued 10 year warranty on your homes structure.

More Standard Features

Our goal is to sell you a home that has standard features such as: Granite counter-tops, stained cabinets, hardwood floors, tile backsplash, elongated toilets, front porches, brick or stone fronts but also includes some basic features such as: garbage disposals, garage door openers with remotes, shower door, etc.

We offer a large selection of brick/ stone options, change your mortar color or even your grout color. Whether you like brick/stone/ or stucco or a combination. Floor Plans

Our floor plans are designed to be more layout friendly and functional. We offer an array of floor plan layouts that will accommodate any buyer. You need a large owner suite up or down, large formal dining room or spacious living room for that shrunk or antique furniture. We HAVE it! You need your guest bedrooms to be spacious with walk-in closets. We HAVE it!. Our goal in our design is not to stack the upstairs rooms on top of the bottom floor rooms therefore, achieving the box effect on the interior. We again chose to spend more money to design a house that is not only functional but exciting. We add turns and curves, larger grand foyers, more bathrooms, vaulted/ trey ceilings, columns and trim, windows, etc.
